Position: Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) Vinyl Record Pressing
Type: Full-time 40 hours per week
Shift: Flexible (06:00 22:00)

Tasks
As a Machine and Plant Operator you are responsible for operating maintaining and repairing our vinyl pressing machines. These systems run on steam cooling water compressed air and electricity. You are the technical backbone of our production and ensure that our three presses run smoothly and consistently produce vinyl records at the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring the vinyl presses
- Ensuring consistent production quality throughout the pressing process
- Carrying out regular machine inspections adjustments and maintenance work
- Independently diagnosing and repairing technical issues on our presses
- Documenting production and maintenance activities
- Complying with safety and operational standards
Requirements
Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience as a machine and plant operator mechatronics technician or in a comparable technical field
Solid technical understanding of machinery operating with steam cooling water compressed air and electricity
- Hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing production equipment
- Independent reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Flexibility team spirit and strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (German too is a strong )
