As a Working Student in Operations (m/f/d) at bonial you will gain hands-on experience in ensuring the smooth and reliable delivery of our digital publications while continuing your this role you will take ownership of quality checks support daily operations and collaborate closely with different teams to keep our processes running efficiently. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of our publications analysing data and identifying improvement opportunities.

If you enjoy structured work have an eye for detail and like working in a collaborative international environment this role is a great fit for you.

Note: The employment contract is limited to 1 year.

Your Responsibilities:

• You support the publication of brochures and products and ensure their quality and completeness
• You contribute to improving internal workflows and keeping processes efficient and well-documented
• You review data and reports to spot inconsistencies and support quality improvements
• You coordinate and follow up on issues ensuring they are resolved with the relevant teams

Requirements

Your profile:

• You are a student in Business Administration Management Economics or a similar subject looking for a long-term part-time role alongside your studies
• You enjoy structured detail-oriented work and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Through your studies or initial work experience you have gained experience in data analysis e.g. using tools like Excel
• You are interested in operations processes and how data flows through systems
• First experience in a digital or business environment is a plus but not required
• You are a reliable team player who stays organized even in a fast-paced environment
• You have very good English skills (at least C1); German is a plus
• You are proactive and enjoy working in international teams
