We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager with a strong background in Six Sigma methodologies and a proven track record in Commercial Lending. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team to drive process improvement initiatives within our mortgage services division. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects along with ops team of professionals in the mortgage services division ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Utilize AI Automation & Six Sigma methodologies to identify analyze and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency reducing costs and improving customer experience.
Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans for process improvement projects ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with ops teams including Commercial Lending and other teams to drive continuous improvement efforts.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mortgage services and process improvement to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field; Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lending with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using process improvement tools and software such as Lean Six Sigma DMAIC and other relevant methodologies.
Knowledge of mortgage services industry trends and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the mortgage services industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
