Job Summary

Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Developer

Location: Remote (India)

Type: Fulltime/Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom Oracle Fusion HCM reports (70%) using:
OTBI
BI Publisher (BIP)
BIP RTF templates
Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL using Oracle HCM tables.
Develop and support HCM Extracts for outbound reporting and integrations.
Build and maintain Fast Formulas and integrations (30%) across Payroll Absence Benefits and OTL.
Support reporting and technical objects across Core HR Payroll Benefits OTL and Absence.
Troubleshoot production issues and support quarterly Oracle HCM updates.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Expert-level SQL and PL/SQL skills.
Deep experience developing OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
Hands-on experience with BIP data templates and RTF layouts.
Working knowledge of HCM Extracts Fast Formulas and integrations.
Solid understanding of Oracle HCM tables and data relationships.
