About the Cuillin Hills Hotel:
The Cuillin Hills is a small family run hotel situated in the heart of Portree on the Isle of Skye. The Hotel is surrounded by 15 acres of private grounds all of which looks out to one of the most breath-taking views Scotland has to offer.
The Isle of Skye is an incredibly popular holiday destination with people visiting from around the world. It is important that the successful candidate is comfortable working in a fast paced environment but most importantly shares our goal providing guests with the our famous highland hospitality we are known for ensuring they leave with incredible memories of their experience.

Responsibilities may include some of the following:
- Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Setting and clearing tables
- Taking Orders
- Running Food and Drinks
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints
- Cash Handling
- Running your own section
- Maintaining High Standards of Hygiene and Health and Safety
Skills/Qualities Required:
- Experience is preferred although full training will be provided
- Passion and a genuine interest in hospitality
- Natural enthusiasm when working within a team and with customers
- Guest focused
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Confident working independently
- Ability to follow instructions
