Overview
The Director of our Christian Science Nurses Training program isJournal-listed and actively demonstrates the Christian Science nursing requirements outlined in theChurch ManualBy-law Christian Science Nurse. The Director expresses sound judgement excellent skills clear ethics and an exemplary practice. This individual has strong management skills and works well with others. This position oversees Nursing Arts training and mentoring with an emphasis on individual customization of training mentoring and support.
Requirements
- Member of The Mother Church; an active member of a branch church; Class-taught andJournal-listed.
- Graduate of a CS nurses training program and familiarity with the Christian Science Nursing Arts.
- Excellent Christian Science nursing skills extensive experience and proven ability to make sound assessments.
- A reputable sound and substantial Christian Science nursing practice.
- Experience in teaching and mentoring Christian Science nurses.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in communicating teaching and mentoring as well as role-modeling an exemplary example of Christian Science nursing.
- Proven ability to adapt management skills to meet individual needs and to train in a loving and supportive manner.
- Ability to speak write and read English fluently and to be understood in person and on the phone
