Job Summary
RieLes Group is seeking multiple experienced Licensed Practical Nurses who are interested in working in the Washington DC area. The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is an independent federal agency responsible for supervising adult offenders in Washington D.C. including those on probation parole and supervised release. Its main mission is to enhance public safety by ensuring offenders comply with court-ordered conditions while also supporting their rehabilitation and successful reintegration into the community through services such as monitoring treatment referrals drug testing and health screenings. CSOSA works closely with courts law enforcement and community organizations to balance accountability public safety and offender support.

Position Overview
The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is seeking two (2) qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support its centralized DNA/TB laboratory operations. The LPNs will provide critical clinical and administrative services including DNA collection tuberculosis testing data entry and compliance with federal health privacy and security standards

Licensure Requirements:
- Full current and unrestricted LPN license
- License valid in the District of Columbia or any U.S. jurisdiction
- Full current and unrestricted LPN license

Certifications & Training:
- Current CPR certification
- Training in universal precautions and infection control standards
- Current CPR certification
- Training in universal precautions and infection control standards
Background & Eligibility Requirements:
- U.S. citizen or lawfully permitted resident with valid work authorization
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Must pass CSOSA background check
- May require DCSA background investigation (if applicable)

Medical Requirements:
- Annual TB testing or chest x-ray documentation
- Free from communicable diseases
- No illegal drug use

Security & Compliance Requirements:
- Completion of Information Security and Privacy training
- Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment J-4)
- Compliance with HIPAA 42 CFR Part 2 and CSOSA confidentiality policies
- Maintain proper chain of custody for DNA samples

Functional Capability Requirements:
- Perform DNA collection (buccal swabs)
- Administer and read Mantoux Tuberculin Skin Tests (TST)
- Accurately document results in the SMART system within 24 hours
- Maintain daily logs track no-shows/refusals and manage inventory
- Ensure 99% accuracy in collection and documentation
