About the Role
We are seeking experienced HR recruitment and people professionals to join a senior-level engagement role within the leadership and professional development sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured consultative conversations with professionals exploring development pathways.
  • Assess alignment and readiness using defined evaluation processes.
  • Share programme information using digital presentations and approved materials.
  • Guide individuals through a structured decision process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using digital systems.
  • Participate in ongoing professional training and development sessions.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 7 years experience in HR recruitment talent people partnering leadership or related professional roles.
  • Experience engaging senior professionals in meaningful discussions.
  • Strong listening questioning and relationship-building capability.
  • Commercial awareness and comfort working within performance-linked compensation models.
  • Self-directed organised and confident working remotely.
  • Interest in leadership development and continuous learning.
