Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 7 years experience in HR recruitment talent people partnering leadership or related professional roles.
- Experience engaging senior professionals in meaningful discussions.
- Strong listening questioning and relationship-building capability.
- Commercial awareness and comfort working within performance-linked compensation models.
- Self-directed organised and confident working remotely.
- Interest in leadership development and continuous learning.
