Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnership pipelines across North America
- Lead discovery conversations and align prospects with our programs
- Build long-term trust-based relationships with professionals and organizations
- Use CRM and AI-supported tools to manage outreach and engagement
- Track performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
What You Bring
- Experience in partnerships BD customer success consulting SaaS or L&D
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Interest in personal development coaching and modern growth models
- Comfortable working within ETS business hours
