About the Project:
About the Opportunity:
What are the key accountabilities for the position
- Lead concrete and FRP crews to meet daily targets
- Drive safe work practices and stop unsafe work
- Coordinate materials plant and subcontractors
- Inspect formwork reinforcement and pours for quality
- Report progress and flag issues early
- Support planning for upcoming works
- Maintain tidy compliant work areas
Required Skills and Competencies
- 5 years experience working in a Supervisory role on large civil infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience delivering concrete/structures packages including Pre-cast and in-situ pours
- Ability to work independently to organise and prioritise current programs and scheduled works.
- Proven communicator who can lead train and influence positively those around them.
