They are expanding our automotive import and export operations from Canada and the United States to Europe and other regions.
Due to business growth we are looking for a Sales / Export Specialist based in Georgia.
This role involves active client acquisition in Europe and other English-speaking countries conducting negotiations preparing commercial offers managing deals end-to-end and coordinating logistics until vehicle delivery.

Requirements
Sales & Client Management
Identify and attract clients in European markets (dealers brokers private buyers).
Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into closed deals.
Present vehicles perform basic pricing calculations and prepare commercial offers (vehicle shipping excluding customs clearance).
Deal Support
Coordinate with the internal purchasing team.
Conduct negotiations with clients.
Provide full deal support from initial contact through payment and shipment.
Logistics & Documentation
Request shipping rates and review vessel schedules.
Monitor shipments and track containers.
Coordinate export documentation (BOL invoices export declarations).
Reporting
Maintain CRM records: client database deal stages and notes.
Prepare weekly reports on leads offers negotiations and closed deals.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English.
Russian language for internal communication.
Experience in international B2B sales (automotive logistics export/import or related industries).
Strong negotiation skills and experience handling high-value transactions.
Ability to work independently responsibly and within established sales processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to understand technical information (VINs specifications logistics).
Willingness to work across different time zones.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of the European automotive market.
Understanding of logistics customs and export procedures (or willingness to learn quickly).
Benefits
Fixed salary: USD 1200
Commission: 0.5% per closed deal (based on purchase price)
Remote work with Оccasional business trips to Europe (client meetings partners industry events)
