A global payments technology provider delivering card and transaction solutions across multiple regions and sectors.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Finance Analyst to support project performance tracking and financial oversight.
- Support the planning coordination and execution of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion;
- Contribute to the development of project timelines governance frameworks and budgeting documents including work breakdown structures and cost estimates;
- Consolidate project pipeline forecasts track progress and assist in preparing annual budgets and performance reports;
- Monitor resource utilisation validate timesheets and vendor invoices and generate operational dashboards to support decision-making;
- Identify and escalate risks related to project delivery or revenue and recommend mitigation actions;
- Oversee invoicing and payment follow-ups in coordination with finance ensuring timely collections and alignment with contractual and financial controls.
- Tertiary education in Accounting and Finance or a relevant field;
- At least 5 years of experience in budget and financial planning including project management;
- Prior experience in a software consultancy or technology consultant;
- Strong organisational communication and analytical skills;
- Ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities.
