Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Data Management (InOffice 50%)
- Input and maintain Excel spreadsheets with accurate market data related to commercial office buildings across Singapore
- Research and compile information on:
- Estimated office floor areas and building specifications
- Tenant occupancy and tenant mix
- Landlord and property management contact details obtained through online and public sources
- Ensure consistency accuracy and timely updates of internal databases
- Support the Office Services team with market intelligence and basic research requirements
Field Research & Building Intelligence (OnSite 50%)
- Conduct building floor sweeps across the citys commercial office buildings
- Gather ontheground intelligence including:
- Available office space and vacancy indicators
- Tenant signage and occupancy by floor
- Overall quality positioning and condition of buildings
- Any notable observations relevant to leasing tenant movement or building performance
- Provide concise summaries and insights from site visits to inform advisory and leasing activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelors degree holder in any discipline
- Experienced in using Microsoft Excel and managing databases
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
- Prior experience in the real estate industry will be advantageous
- Good time management and attention to details
