Job Summary
Role Summary
Finance Supervisor TOMRA Singapore Responsible for end-to-end accounting operations including AP/AR financial reporting reconciliations and audit support while driving process improvements and coordinating with internal and international teams.
Your tasks
- Processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) including invoice posting payments and collections
- Preparation of payment runs and online banking
- Preparation of and participation in monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparing balance sheet profit and loss statement and other reports
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Implementation and improvement of accounting processes
- Supporting audits and liaising with external auditors and tax advisors
- Liaising with internal teams and international colleagues on finance matters
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the companye.g. ERP system(IFS) invoicing payroll claims insurance and general administrative support)
Qualifications :
Your profile
- Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCACA or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word PowerPoint
- Good understanding of relevant financial reporting standards
- Self-starter with a positive mindset who can plan organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- Meticulous and detail orientated
- Ability to work in an agile organization environment
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
