Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors hospital procurement teams and key opinion leaders.
Sales Generation: Identify pursue and close new sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Product Promotion: Conduct in-person visits demonstrations and presentations to highlight product benefits and technical data.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities market trends and client feedback to adjust strategies.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate CRM records prepare sales reports and manage budgets for promotional activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 3 years in medical sales pharmaceuticals or a related healthcare field.
Skills: Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office suite.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
