Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with architects contractors and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Develop and implement project schedules ensuring timely completion.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates on project status.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for ongoing projects.
• Assist in the selection of materials color schemes and furnishings.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design staff and interns.
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design supervision or management.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles architecture and construction.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional communication interpersonal and leadership abilities.
