- Key Responsibilites:
- Sound knowledge in Stores management GST Materials planning Monitor FIFO JIT for sequence parts.
- Responsible for store Material Receipt system GRN for GGN & Mumbai location.
- Responsibility to look after the smooth receipts issuance documentation stock takings & Warehouse management
- Managing stock accuracy of more than 99% through daily cycle counting weekly A class parts stock taking monthly stock taking & yearly external stock taking for GGN plant & Warehouse
- Responsible for Material Preservation in store.
- Responsible for store Handling & Storage of shelf life items FIFO Management.
- Responsible for Material Return to vendor (RTV) & Rejection Scrap Disposal.
- Responsible for Finish good dispatch from Plant & warehouse.
- Responsible for Customer return Process & system documentation.
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining zero difference in stock.
- Maintaining safety culture & High level of 6S.
- Responsible for Production line Feeding (Material issuance from store) 3 shifts operations
Education Qualification:
- MBA or Diploma in Supply chain/store management
Technical Competence & Skills:
- OracleExperience
- WMS Knowledge
- 3PL management
Leadership Competence:
- Large Team handling
- Daily problem solving
Relevant Experience:
- 5 years
