Develops maintains and manages enterprise application standards and systems including database network and hosting solutions. Drives the development of detailed configuration parameters custom extensions workflow and integration solutions. Coordinates with technical / engineering teams to ensure solutions are designed to operate in highly available and reliable environments.



Responsibilities
  • Works on multiple applications that have connection and impact to overall DN business.
  • Provides informal mentoring to less experienced colleagues.
  • Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improve business performance and contribute to corporate goals and strategic intent.
  • Manages critical projects customer engagements or business processes.
  • Provides design and documentation at a function capability level.
  • Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes.
  • Effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business and within the IT organization.
  • Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle R12 Payroll and Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Handle and resolve incidents service requests and minor enhancements within SLA timelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues.
  • Work closely with Business and HR operations team to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Enterprise Applications.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules and Oracle R12 Payroll.
  • Good understanding of HCM data model EL Expressions fast formulas and security roles.
  • Working knowledge of integrations (HCM Extracts HDL REST APIs PBL).
  • Proficiency in OTBI BI Publisher and VBCS for basic troubleshooting and report maintenance.
  • Exposure to Redwood UI and Guided Learning configurations is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work during critical payroll cycles or month-end support windows.
  • Oracle Certifications are added advantage
