Key Responsibilities:

Lead Sales initiatives: Act as the primary contact for the dewatering business engaging with internal teams and customers in WA.
Build Strategic Relationships:Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships fostering agreements and alliances that go beyond transactions.
Customer Engagement:Conduct regular calls face-to-face site visits and presentations to key customer stakeholders to promote our solutions.
Sales Reporting & Management:Provide detailed sales reports gather competitor information prepare and submit tender bids and manage multiple sales projects to track progress identify opportunities and secure new business.
Collaborative Solutions:Work across internal departments to develop competitive dewatering solutions that meet customer needs.
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Engineering / mechanical qualification or aptitude
Knowledgeable in pumping principles and pipelines preferred
Experience in sales environments and customer interactions.
Proficient in preparing tender proposals and delivering presentations.
Strong organizational time management and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office SAP SalesForce CAD and other relevant software
