This unique Territory Manager role based from Jakarta Indonesia offers the opportunity to lead regional sales by building strong client relationships through on-site visits delivering tailored solutions driving market growth and contributing to strategic initiativesall while ensuring safety compliance and fostering long-term business success across the Sumatra and Nusa Tenggara regions and other remote Strategic Site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager - Indonesia Weir dewatering

  • Manage and grow portfolio of existing accounts while constantly seeking opportunities for new business 50/50

  • Build on existing client relationships and gain deep understanding of your client needs and upcoming projects etc

  • Generate pipeline of leads through prospecting & research as well as through warm leads

  • Work cohesively with fellow sales team members and Aftermarket team to as leverage and to learn skill sets to promote client confidence and grow relationship promote WEIR Growth in machine sales and Spare parts.

  • This is a visible role with lots of client interaction strong presentation skills and ability to communicate and influence decision makers is a must

  • Spend a high portion of your time on the road visiting clients throughout your Territory 60/40.

  • Work strategically with your clients; help them solve problems and take advantage of opportunities

  • Use strong listening skills and consultative selling approach to undercover pain points and solve business problems

  • Create meaningful client relationships built on an in-depth understanding of their needs and challenges

  • Maximise opportunities to add value by upselling solutions

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Technical sales experience in engineering mining minerals or related industries.

  • Knowledge of Mine Dewatering and Mine Operations an advantage

  • Trade or engineering qualification in engineering desirable (e.g. Diesel/ medium Voltage Electric or similar mechanical trade).

  • Proven ability to identify opportunities develop strategies and deliver resultsideally with mining industry and associated equipment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to prepare reports proposals and present to diverse audiences.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience Sale Force or Equivalent CRM system
