As a Wireless & Cellular Sales Associate you will:
- Welcome customers with a friendly and upbeat attitude
- Drive sales by enthusiastically offering the lowest prices for devices plans and accessories.
- Identify and meet customer needs by building rapport actively listening and asking solution-focused questions.
- Grow the customer base by creating a upscale customer service experience.
- Stay up to date on current promos and new products
- Use strong product knowledge to recommend customized budget-friendly solutions that deliver a complete and satisfying shopping experience.
- Demonstrate a commitment to self-improvement by participating in ongoing training and strengthening skills in merchandising inventory control and sales execution.
- Keep the sales area clean organized and inviting

Qualifications
- Experience in Retail Sales Customer service Wireless/Cellular Sales
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
