In the role you will

  • Provide a local member owned banking experience to new and existing members.
  • Proactively connect member needs to Beyond Banks offerings through excellent listening skills.
  • Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our members.
  • Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic.
  • Manage member bank accounts including opening closing and overseeing transactions.
  • Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the member.
  • Support members with unsecured lending solutions such as personal loans and credit cards by clearly explaining the associated terms conditions and repayment options.
  • Guide members through secured lending products including home and car loans ensuring they fully understand the product features benefits fees charges and the overall value these offerings provide.

Youre a caring and member-focused person excited to learn and grow. You value integrity especially when handling member information. Your teamwork and commitment to improvement will help us prioritise our members needs and satisfaction. You have:

  • Excellent member service skills.
  • A passion for building lasting member relationships and serving the local community.
  • Able to work in a dynamic member service environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Banking financial services and/or sales experience (desirable although not essential).

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be joining the Bathurst branch a small team of dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to provide exceptional support to our members. Whether you are working face-to-face or over the phone you will be committed to ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience with their banking needs.

What does our recruitment process look like
The process can include a phone screen video interview virtual or face-to-face interview psychometric testing and all relevant background checking. Some positions may require undergoing 4 weeks of mandatory full training.
