Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the International Finance team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Drive budgeting forecasting and cost monitoring processes ensuring data quality and integrity across various systems and tools.
Perform analysis on forecast/budget and actuals to provide insights on FP&A reporting deliverables.
Understand and analyze related trends (P&L balance-sheet Cash-flow and non-financials KPIs).
Serve as the finance business partner to the Local Regional and Global team (i.e. on-demand analyses investment proposals finance for non-finance training etc.).
Support Month End close activities under IFRS and local GAAP.
Collaborate with Treasury on Countries Funding Liquidity and cash flow management.
Partner with business teams to ensure compliance with relevant legal standards government regulations contractual requirements and Group policies i.e. maintain compliance procedures.
Provide support to the local teams during tax and other relevant audits.
Collaborate with International finance colleagues to drive best practices and efficiency improvements
Execution of ad hoc finance initiatives as & when required.
Qualifications :
5 years of relevant finance experience.
Degree in finance accounting or any other related field.
P&L Balance Sheet and project management and/or analysis experience.
Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and data model building.
The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Experience in partnering with business teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Nice to have:
MBA and/or professional finance designation.
Advanced Excel modeling & analytical skills.
Knowledge and experience using business intelligence and reporting tools. (Onestream Anaplan Business Objects Cognos Tableau SAP MicroStrategy SSAS Cubes etc.)
