General Summary: Under the general supervision of the Program Manager I the Program Training Specialist supports delivers and implements training curriculum to assigned teams and departments. This role partners with the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) team to assess current and future training needs ensuring the application of best practices and compliance with organizational policies and external regulations.
This position is full time onsite 40 hours per week; will work a traditional schedule.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Within a team environment this position will perform the following responsibilities:
Training Development (50%)
Assess training needs through surveys interviews and performance evaluations.
Design and develop engaging training materials and programs.
Collaborate with department leaders to understand team-specific training requirements.
Stay current with trends in learning and development.
Training Delivery (50%)
Facilitate training sessions workshops and seminars.
Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness.
Implement e-learning tools and technologies.
Provide coaching and ongoing learning support.
Track training outcomes and manage training records.
