Compensation: Competitive hourly rate performance-based commissions
About the Project
You will represent a fast-growing hospitality booking platform and contact hotels guesthouses and accommodation providers to introduce partnership opportunities. Your goal is to explain the value proposition negotiate terms and onboard new properties to the platform.
This is a B2B outbound sales role.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact hotels and accommodation providers
- Present the platforms partnership model and benefits
- Handle objections and negotiate collaboration terms
- Close partnership agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
- Meet and exceed performance targets

Requirements
- English level C2 (mandatory)

- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Confident communication style and persuasive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage targets
- Freelance status with the ability to issue invoices

- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Results-driven and performance-oriented
- Highly organized and resilient
