Are you a licensed Home Care CNA in Rhode Island looking for a consistent 12-hour night shift CareCo Home Care is seeking compassionate reliable CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care during overnight hours. Position Details
- 12-hour overnight shifts
- Consistent night schedule
- One-on-one care in a home setting
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive overnight supervision and care to ensure client safety
- Assist with nighttime routines mobility and personal care as needed
- Monitor client condition and report any changes
- Maintain a calm professional presence throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with the CareCo team regarding client updates

- Prior experience in CNA or PCA roles within in-home care settings
- Strong reliability and ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight hours
- Ability to follow care plans and provide safe professional support
- Flexibility to work scheduled night shifts including weekends as needed
- Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in Rhode Island
- Two forms of valid identification
- Smartphone for scheduling and payroll
- Attendance at a mandatory paid in-person orientation
