Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of maintenance experience.
Certifications Licenses or Registration required:
Valid Drivers License required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Vocational or technical certification.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of materials methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings or their structures. Knowledge of machines and tools to include uses repair and maintenance.
