This exciting opportunity is for you to join our team at St Vincents Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) as ANUM of Endoscopy in our Peri Operative department Fitzroy.
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
This role will be a permanent full time (76hrs) position working 9 days per fortnight with shifts of 10 8 and 6 hoursto allow for work/life balance. This position will be pivotal in helping to manage the day-to-day functioning of the Theatre department as well as being responsible for your assigned portfolio as well as engaging with all key stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU:
Current AHPRA Registration
Ability to work in an ever-changing and fast paced environment
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Experience in the relevant area of clinical practice
Previous management/ANUM experience
Experience in the leadership and management of a multidisciplinary team
Experience in budget planning preparation and management
Post Graduate Qualifications are highly desirable
Current National criminal history check or willing to obtain

Demonstrated leadership skills
A minimum of three years experience in the Operating Theatre.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to engage with all key stakeholders.
