Join Probst Refrigeration & Heating as an HVAC Lead Installer where youll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch heating and cooling solutions to our valued customers. Were looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about HVAC installation and eager to lead a team in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes during installations.
- Train and mentor junior installers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
- Collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in HVAC systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
- Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
