What Youll Do
Drive Revenue & Pipeline
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Lead face-to-face sales engagements and field activities to identify qualify and close new opportunities.
- Actively prospect through networking cold calling lead generation and market outreach.
Customer & Account Management
- Develop and grow relationships with existing and new customers positioning BriefCams value proposition effectively.
- Manage high-touch strategic key accounts to drive long-term revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify business opportunities and engage key decision-makers to secure sales commitments.
Partner & Channel Development
- Manage and grow existing indirect partners and channel relationships.
- Identify onboard and develop new partners to expand market coverage.
- Work closely with partners and end-users to influence purchasing decisions and solution adoption.
Market & Strategic Engagement
- Monitor market needs customer challenges and industry trends to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to support complex sales pursuits.
- Clearly articulate and differentiate BriefCams solutions versus competitors.
Operational Excellence
- Follow defined sales processes and align with the companys roadmap.
- Complete CRM updates forecasts and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Represent the company with professionalism integrity and ethical conduct at all times.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B solution sales preferably in analytics software video technology or enterprise technology.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role.
- Experience managing channel partners and indirect sales models.
- Excellent prospecting negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
