Description

We are looking for a driven and commercially savvy Analytics Business Manager to accelerate revenue growth across this role you will own the full sales cycle from strategy and prospecting to closing and long-term account development while building strong relationships with customers partners and key stakeholders in the market.

What Youll Do

Drive Revenue & Pipeline

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Lead face-to-face sales engagements and field activities to identify qualify and close new opportunities.
  • Actively prospect through networking cold calling lead generation and market outreach.

Customer & Account Management

  • Develop and grow relationships with existing and new customers positioning BriefCams value proposition effectively.
  • Manage high-touch strategic key accounts to drive long-term revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify business opportunities and engage key decision-makers to secure sales commitments.

Partner & Channel Development

  • Manage and grow existing indirect partners and channel relationships.
  • Identify onboard and develop new partners to expand market coverage.
  • Work closely with partners and end-users to influence purchasing decisions and solution adoption.

Market & Strategic Engagement

  • Monitor market needs customer challenges and industry trends to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to support complex sales pursuits.
  • Clearly articulate and differentiate BriefCams solutions versus competitors.

Operational Excellence

  • Follow defined sales processes and align with the companys roadmap.
  • Complete CRM updates forecasts and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Represent the company with professionalism integrity and ethical conduct at all times.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B solution sales preferably in analytics software video technology or enterprise technology.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role.
  • Experience managing channel partners and indirect sales models.
  • Excellent prospecting negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
