PHD EMEA is looking for a Market Engagement / account and planning manager to work on the Global business for a large FMCG / CPG company. Weve recently expanded our remit with the business and restructured our team leading to this opening.
We are seeking a highly organised and driven individual with proven relationship building skills. Working closely with one of the worlds leading FMCG companies in this role you will be responsible for ensuring comms strategies developed by the planning director and strategist land effectively in markets. A huge part of this role is to help ensure market consistency and understanding of approaches to planning and gather evidence of best practice from regions on a regular basis.
The market engagement position will be a pivotal role in driving forward the power of the network in regional and local teams based in Columbia Thailand Taiwan and London. It will be an exciting and challenging position working with some of the industrys leading comms strategists and planners for a dynamic and creative award-winning international client.
Work is fast paced with a very active calendar and close working relationship with the Omnicom creative agency. And it demands a concise transfer from business objectives into comms planning media activation and performance tracking. Also there will be a need to gather and consolidate financial and marketing data so proficiency with Excel and attention to detail is paramount.
You will speak with our clients on a weekly basis as part of a team and work with the creative agency of record; key contacts internally include the planning director the business director planning teams in local regions and markets as they develop through the line channel plans and our eCommerce specialty division. Youll help support the team with their market engagement relationships.
Based in London with regular collaboration with clients and agency stakeholders in London Thailand Taiwan Colombia and Chicago this role is suitable for someone with the ability to work flexibly across time zones.
