ThepositionforSeniorProjectManagertakesfullresponsibilityforavarietyofelectrical will haveasuccessfultrackrecorddemonstratingacompleteunderstandingofproject managementresponsibilitiesincludingprofitsupervisioncustomerrelationsfiscal andcontractmanagement.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

• SupervisemultipleProjectManagerswhoaremanagingmultipleprojects.
• Manageupto$30million-dollarelectricalconstructionprojectsormultiplelarge projectssimultaneously.
• Decision-makingresponsibilityconcerningprojectcosttimeandperformance.
• Accountabilityforprojectplanningexecutionjobcosttrackingandjobclosure.
• Providemonthlyprojectstatusdetailandpercentofcompletionreports.
• Monitorandcontrolprojectthroughadministrativedirectionofon-siteforementoensureprojectiscompletedonscheduleandwithinbudget.
• Initiateandmaintainliaisonwithownersandothercontactstofacilitate projectactivities.
• Planaheadtopreventproblemsandresolveanyemergingones.
• Interfacingwithcontractorsvendorsandin-houseoperations.
• Cross-sellingofothercompanyoperationsthroughfullyintegratedsolutions.
• Supportinganinjuryfreeworkenvironmentandsafetyculture.

• Minimum15yearsexperienceinsellingestimatingandmanaging multi-million dollar Industrial Construction or Advanced Technology projects.
• Bachelors degree in electrical engineeringplus10years construction project experience; or in lieu of degree 5 years experience as an Electrical Foreman or General Foreman on large projects plus 10 years as a Project Manager required.
• Provenrecordofsuccessfulrelationshipsandmarketingskillspreferred.
• Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodesandconstructionmethodsrequired.
• Musthaveprovenexperiencemanaging100kman-hourprojects.
• Provenexperiencewithheavypowerdistributionsystemsinstrumentation installationandprocesscontrolandsystemintegrationrequired.
• ThoroughappliedknowledgeofprojectQA/QCproceduresandsystemturnover.
• Abilitytodemonstrateahighlevelofcompetencyinlabormaterialandcontractmanagement.
• Competencyinearned-value tracking labor efficiency index and crew composite factors.
• Provenabilitytocompleteadetailed take-off and all required estimating for electrical projects.
• Relevantexperienceinelectricalsubcontractingisamust.

Salaryrangeforthispositionis$150000-$185000annually.

Opportunityforadiscretionaryyear-endbonus.
