Humber Ford is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team!

At Humber Ford we are looking for a driven detail-oriented professional ready to build a long-term career in automotive operations. This is a hybrid opportunity with an immediate focus on the Parts Department with future cross-training and growth into a Service Advisor role.

Parts is the foundation of the dealership and one of the most technical areas to master. Were looking for someone ready to take on that challenge first develop strong operational knowledge and grow from there.

Responsibilities include:

Ordering parts efficiently and accurately for client vehicle repairs
Receiving and verifying parts orders
Working closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely job completion
Building strong relationships with suppliers
Maintaining accurate parts inventory counts
Supporting internal and retail parts inquiries with professionalism

Future Growth: Service Advisor Cross-Training

As you grow in the role you will gain exposure to:

Welcoming clients and understanding their vehicle concerns
Reviewing warranties and service coverage
Preparing accurate repair estimates
Creating detailed repair orders
Providing timely customer updates and managing expectations
Delivering an exceptional customer experience

What You Bring:

1 years of automotive experience (parts experience considered a strong asset)
Strong customer service skills and professional communication
Comfort using Microsoft Office and dealership systems
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
Valid drivers license with clean abstract
