Job Purpose

The Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all Kofax products.

Key Responsibilities

The Professional Services Consultant must be able to:

Deliver Kofax solutions to customer based on requirements document

Provide technical leadership to customer on the Kofax solution as configured to the customers requirements

Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Function as the Kofax subject matter expert when onsite at the customers location

Work independently in developing a solution per the customers requirements

Document all customer-specific configurations

Install Kofax configuration on the customers hardware. Includes installation of Kofax in a highly available configuration and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

5 years of Professional Services experience

Skills and Knowledge Required

Consultancy experience with SQL Server or Oracle
Development experience
Familiarity with Microsoft clustering
CDIA certification is a plus
Enterprise content management experience
