• On-Field Leadership: Oversee multiple sport stations simultaneously ensuring coaches are following the curriculum and games are starting on time.
• Coach Mentorship: Act as a resource for volunteer coaches providing tips on drills sportsmanship and player engagement.
• Operational Excellence: Manage equipment setup/breakdown and ensure the fields/courts are safe and organized.
• The Hype Factor: Drive the atmosphere! Lead the halftime sportsmanship medals and engage with parents to ensure a 5-star experience.
• Problem Solver: Address on-field questions from parents or coaches with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
  
  

• Multi-Sport Knowledge: General knowledge of various youth sports (Lacrosse Soccer Flag Football etc.) is highly preferred.
• Leadership Presence: Strong communication skills and the command to manage large groups of children and adults.
• Reliable & Energetic: You are the face of the leaguewe need high-energy leaders who show up ready to inspire.
• Adaptability: A self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and pivot quickly if weather or schedules change.
• Availability: Must be available on weekends (primarily Saturdays) for the duration of the season (67 weeks).
