ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Commercial Quality Assurance Associate IIIis responsible forreviewing commercial loan documentation to ensureaccurateand complete closing packagesrelativeto credit approvals documentation standards processes and regulatory loan documentation occurs prior to loan closing to ensure the loan fulfillment process isduly authorized andcompleted accurately and incumbentis responsible forpresenting documentation errors or deficiencies for resolution and -closing this position will provide commercial portfolio management and onboard necessary tracking items for the position will also conduct post-closingreviewtasks toensureaccuracy of tracking systems coding risk ratingsannualreview position is expected to perform job functions within service level agreements to meet clients closing expectations and is considered a subject matter expert in in-house and legally prepared loanpackages. Theincumbent of this positionwillbe responsible forwritingprocedures and trainingteam members.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

• Review drafted loan documentation packages for accuracy and completionrelativeto credit approvals documentation standards process requirements and regulatory compliance
• Read and review the credit approval and various borrower and collateral due diligence documents and thecommercial loan originationsystem data inputs to assess accuracy of documentation package
• Confirm accuracy of loan agreements and guaranteesrelativeto required monitoring and covenants
• Communicate any documentationor systeminaccuracies to theappropriate teammembers
• Onboard necessary tracking items
• Commercial portfolio management including but not limited to insurance follow up annualreviewfile preparation and paid loan processing
• Confirm accuracy ofcoreand tracking items
• Perform perfectionreview
• Write procedures and train as needed

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelors degree in business related field or equivalent experience in the financial industry.
• 5-7years of commercial loan documentation experience
• Prior experience in a quality control review function of loan documentation preferred
• High attention to detail
• Strong ability to focus and concentrate
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Professional appearance and attitude

WORK ENVIRONMENT:Workistypicallyperformed in an office setting. Theemployeeisregularly required tosit for extended periods of employeeis occasionallyrequired tomove about the officeutilizingproper ergonomic safeguards when doing theemployee mustoccasionally liftormovesuppliesand materialsupto 20 pounds.

BASE PAY RANGE:

$27.00 - $38.00 per hour
