Job Summary

Introduction

Our client in the Property Industry requires the services of a professional and organised Receptionist to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key performance areas:

  • Perform general office administration and front-desk reception duties
  • Answer and manage the company switchboard directing calls appropriately
  • Manage incoming queries and refer them to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to managing agents as needed
  • Maintain accurate filing and archiving systems
  • Ensure the office is well-presented at all times

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate must have:

  • Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
  • 2-3 years administrator experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Must be able to work with all kinds of people
  • Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable transport
