Our client in the Property Industry requires the services of a professional and organised Receptionist to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key performance areas:
- Perform general office administration and front-desk reception duties
- Answer and manage the company switchboard directing calls appropriately
- Manage incoming queries and refer them to relevant stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to managing agents as needed
- Maintain accurate filing and archiving systems
- Ensure the office is well-presented at all times
Desired Experience & Qualification
The successful candidate must have:
- Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
- 2-3 years administrator experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Must be able to work with all kinds of people
- Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable transport
