SALARY: $104800 - $124450 bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
Owns the S/4 Hana CORE template for the Zone and serves as the primary liaison between the Central Aurora Program and the Local Aurora Program to ensure consistent scalable adoption of the CORE solution. The Aurora CORE Lead is accountable for ensuring that the Global S/4 CORE template is correctly understood adopted and operationalized locally while minimizing deviations and maintaining alignment with Global Aurora objectives. The role acts as the functional and process integrator across Global Zone and Country teams
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the single point of accountability for CORE template adoption within the Zone ensuring alignment with Global standards design principles and guardrails.
Lead documentation of the local ECC as-is landscape assess process fit to CORE and coordinate Workshop A and related fit-to-standard activities.
Act as the primary translator between Global and Local teams clarifying CORE intent resolving interpretation gaps and ensuring consistent messaging.
Identify document and manage CORE gaps risks and potential deviations including preparation of escalation materials and change requests for Global governance.
Lead the development and execution of the testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to ensure a go-live aligned with CORE standards and business requirements.
Partner with Technology and Data & Analytics leads to proactively address technical integration data and reporting constraints that impact CORE adoption.
Support Zone change management readiness by identifying impacted processes roles and behaviors and by providing CORE inputs to training communications and adoption planning.
Enable Local teams to transition from legacy ways of working to CORE-aligned processes reinforcing fit-to-standard mindset and reducing customization.
Track CORE-related decisions assumptions and dependencies ensuring transparency and traceability across Global Zone and Country stakeholders.
Tools & Platforms: SAP Signavio Process discovery fit-to-standard analysis process modeling and documentation; SAP S/4 Hana (and ECC) Functional process knowledge and system navigation and Azure DevOps Tracking project development
