Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Mid-Level Product Acceptance Specialist in San Antonio TX
Applicants must be available to work 1st 2nd or 3rd shift.
Position Responsibilities:
Level B
- Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
- Provides objective evidence of results.
- Performs auditing surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies. Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
- Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
- Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
- Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
Level C
- Verifies product conformance to design requirements.
- Provides objective evidence of results.
- Validates work instructions tooling requirements certifications process standards policies and procedures. Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items.
- Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
- Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
- Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1 years of experience working with and supporting Quality Management System (QMS)
- 1 years of experience interpreting manufacturing blueprints
- 1 years of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing
- 1 years of experience working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes
- Must have analytical communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Associates degree or higher
- 1 years of knowledge with technical experience in an aerospace environment
- 3 years of experience working in teams/work groups
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in military aviation
- 1 year of experience supporting military aviation life support programs preferably with F-15 F-18 and or similar platforms
Conflict of Interest:

Travel:
This position may require up to 10% travel.
