Job Summary: | The School of Dental Medicine (SDM) is looking for a Human Resources Professional to support the SDM workforce community through position management HR talent acquisition and recruitment as well as faculty and staff hires. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and will collaborate with several other HR professionals throughout the SDM and the university. This is a fully independent position and will be an important resource to the School of Dental Medicine. We are seeking human resource professionals who are looking to develop new initiatives and are experienced with position management and recruitment. We welcome applications from individuals who are collaborative communicative detail oriented organized proactive able to think critically focused on quality dedicated to personal growth and highly motivated and responsible. The position is located at the University of Colorado Anschutz. Hours will be dependent on business need (i.e. career fairs employee consultations professional development) but typically will be Monday Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00 pm. Hybrid options are considered and will be determined by the SDM HR Director. Key Responsibilities: Position Management: 30%

Work Location: | Hybrid this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. |

Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications:
Experience working with the State of Colorado classified positions.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Ability to analyze interpret and evaluate a broad range of laws rules and regulations in order to exercise good judgment in applying them to human resource challenges.

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE Senior Professional: $51367 - $65339 annually Principal Professional: $59073 - $75141 annually The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
