Description

Fluke is seeking a Sr HR Business Partner to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our people and business. This role goes beyond traditional HR support it is about building organizational capability driving cultural alignment and ensuring talent strategies directly support Flukes growth and performance objectives.

The strategic Sr. HR Business Partner will work side by side with business leaders in the following functions: Finance/IT and the eMaint business to anticipate challenges influence decisions and implement forward-looking people strategies that foster innovation agility and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Flukes Finance IT and eMaint leadership toalign people strategy withbusinessgoals ensuring HR initiatives drive measurablebusinessimpact.
  • Serve as atrusted advisor and thoughtpartnerto multiple member of the Fluke Leadership team including Finance/IT and eMaint influencing organizational design workforce planning andstrategicdecision-making.
  • Supporttalent management and succession planningefforts to build leadership depth and critical capability pipelines.
  • Shape and reinforce ahigh-performance culturealigned with Fluke values driving accountability engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Guide leaders inchange managementefforts ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts integrations or transformations.
  • Partnerwith Fortive HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Talent Acquisition Learning & Development Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Advocate for theemployee experience ensuring policies and programs enable people to do their best work.
  • Coach and develop leaders at all levels to strengthen their effectiveness and impact.

Qualifications What Were Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree inHumanResourcesBusinessAdministration or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
  • 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years in an HRBP role
  • Experience working in a global matrixed organization is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that deliver measurablebusinessresults.
