Job Summary

Job Title:	Facilities Specialist	Contract Length:	12 month
Reports To:	Principal	Supervises:

Primary Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining school building; identifying issues of concern providing solutions troubleshooting appliances and school building systems conducting complex repairs and handling preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Facilities Maintenance Certified Training (plus)

Skills Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain school facility
Basic knowledge of HVAC plumbing and electrical systems
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Ability to multitask
Overseeing of work orders requested
Participate in the renovation process
Accepting Deliveries (some may require assembly)
Clearing Snow on walkways.
Able to respond to requests with short notice
Assist Principal staff and administration with moving needs
