Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in New Jersey USA. This is a part-time position with a commitment of 20 hours per week. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and materials
- Create and manage content for our website social media and other digital platforms
- Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows and other industry events
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our marketing strategies are relevant and effective

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing including social media email campaigns and content creation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
