We are seeking a Registered Nurse Data Analyst who will:
- Analyze clinical outcomes data to identify trends variation and performance gaps.
- Translate insights into actionable improvement strategies in partnership with clinical leadership.
- Abstract audit and validate complex datasets to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with physicians advanced practice providers nursing leaders and operational teams to implement evidence-based improvements.
- Drive structured improvement work using A3 Lean and QAPI methodologies.
- Monitor and report regulatory and quality metrics.
- Serve as a clinical liaison between frontline teams and analytics partners.

Qualifications
- Graduate from a school of nursing with a Bachelors degree in a relevant field Required
Work Experience
- 2 years relevant experience Required
- 2 years experience working transplant organ donation critical care data/quality or health informatics Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
