Position OverviewThe Office of the University Registrar reports to the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management which includes the following functional units: Office of Undergraduate Admissions Financial Aid and Scholarships Student Information Systems and the Office of the University Registrar.
The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is responsible for catalog and course scheduling room reservations student enrollment tuition and fee assessment production and maintenance of the academic record including the official academic transcript enrollment certification graduation and diploma production.
The CBE Program Manager Registrar Services manages Office of the University Registrar functions that are critical to the enrollment progression and completion of students in Competency Based Education (CBE) programs. This role provides program-level oversight of CBE enrollment academic records degree planning and course scheduling while ensuring compliance with institutional state and federal requirements. The position serves as a central point of coordination between academic units student service partners and registrar operations using data process improvement and cross-campus collaboration to support student success and program effectiveness.
