Experienced Lettings Manager required to lead a busy branch grow new business win instructions manage staff and maximise rental income while delivering high service standards and compliance.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to take charge of a successful Sevenoaks branch. This role suits a proactive property professional who enjoys winning instructions building market share leading a team and increasing lettings revenue. You will be responsible for performance compliance and customer experience across the lettings operation.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Driving new lettings business and increasing branch revenue
- Carrying out valuations and winning rental instructions
- Generating leads through canvassing and targeted marketing
- Managing applicants viewings and deal progression through to let agreed
- Maintaining compliance with all lettings legislation and procedures
- Delivering high standards of customer service and client care
- Keeping property records and availability up to date
- Identifying and referring cross-division opportunities
- Leading coaching and performance-managing lettings staff
- Growing and strengthening the branch lettings portfolio
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Senior lettings experience with a strong record of winning new business
- Solid understanding of the local and Greater London rental market
- Valuation and instruction experience
- Previous team leadership or line management responsibility
- Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
- High customer service and relationship-building ability
- Professional communication and telephone manner
- Self-motivated with proactive approach and resilience
- Comfortable adapting to change and targets
- PropertyMark qualification (preferred not essential)
