Job Summary

Seeking a HR Generalist to support and fuel our growth by supporting engaging and empowering the people who keep our manufacturing moving!

We specialize in high-quality custom metal and plastic fabrication utilizing state-of-the-art CNC machining prototyping and finishing services to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients from small prototyping needs to high-volume production runs. We cater to a wide range of industries including OEM sectors such as energy heating equipment and more. We adhere to ISO 9001 standards and ensure that every product we deliver meets the highest quality and precision.

About the Role:
The HR Generalist will support daytoday HR operations including recruitment employee relations benefits administration compliance and policy implementation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work thrives in a productiondriven setting and is passionate about supporting employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop job descriptions for a wide range of roles manage job postings resume screening and interview coordination.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation with a focus on safety quality and company values.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees on the shop floor and in the office.
  • Address employee concerns mediate conflicts and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer health benefits PTO leave programs and workers compensation.
  • Support payroll processes and ensure accuracy for hourly and salaried staff.
  • Assist employees with 401(k) and other benefit-related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local labor laws.
  • Maintain HRIS platform accurate HR documentation personnel files and track HR Metrics.
  • Support safety compliance and training documentation in coordination with operations.
  • Assist with performance management succession planning and learning and development initiatives.

About You
  • Prior HR generalist experience is required.
  • Ability to build trust with employees in a manufacturing environment.
  • Effective conflict resolution and problemsolving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HR software (Workday ADP BambooHR Paycom etc.).
  • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Psychology or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PHR SHRMCP or SPHR certification is a plus.
