Job Summary
Seeking a HR Generalist to support and fuel our growth by supporting engaging and empowering the people who keep our manufacturing moving!

About the Role:
The HR Generalist will support daytoday HR operations including recruitment employee relations benefits administration compliance and policy implementation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work thrives in a productiondriven setting and is passionate about supporting employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop job descriptions for a wide range of roles manage job postings resume screening and interview coordination.
- Facilitate new hire orientation with a focus on safety quality and company values.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees on the shop floor and in the office.
- Address employee concerns mediate conflicts and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Administer health benefits PTO leave programs and workers compensation.
- Support payroll processes and ensure accuracy for hourly and salaried staff.
- Assist employees with 401(k) and other benefit-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local labor laws.
- Maintain HRIS platform accurate HR documentation personnel files and track HR Metrics.
- Support safety compliance and training documentation in coordination with operations.
- Assist with performance management succession planning and learning and development initiatives.
About You
- Prior HR generalist experience is required.
- Ability to build trust with employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective conflict resolution and problemsolving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HR software (Workday ADP BambooHR Paycom etc.).
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Psychology or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PHR SHRMCP or SPHR certification is a plus.
