This internship provides handson experience in the research development and prototyping of computer vision and machine learning algorithms for semiconductor applications. The intern will work under the guidance of senior engineers and contribute to algorithm development efforts supporting defect detection classification metrology and image analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the evaluation and prototyping of classical and ML/DLbased computer vision algorithms
- Support feasibility studies through data analysis literature review and experimentation
- Develop proofofconcept implementations to address real customer use cases
- Collaborate with software systems and applications teams to help integrate and test algorithm solutions
- Participate in performance analysis and optimization of algorithms for efficiency and scalability
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Coursework or project experience in computer vision image processing machine learning or deep learning
- Programming experience in Python and/or C/C
- Familiarity with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or similar
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with AIassisted coding tools is preferred

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
