Job Summary
COLSA is seeking a detail-oriented Program Control Analyst to support financial planning execution and reporting for contracts managed out of our Dayton Ohio office.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs program set-up planning and control
- Participates in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses
- Participates in preparing estimates and cost proposals
- Prepares contract work authorizations
- Performs cost and schedule variance analysis and provides resulting recommendations
- Prepares manpower and non-labor forecasts and assists in resource planning
- Prepares or assists with preparation of cost-to-complete
