In this role you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Rooftop. You will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager and directly overseeing 55-60 Front of House Team Members.
The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences a talent for training and developing others and experienced in elevating guest satisfaction. At least 1-2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment is required. Experience managing a unionized environment is strongly preferred.
Classification:Temporary
Shift: Various must be available to work weekdays weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate:The annual salary range for this role is $80000 - $85000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
What will I be doing
As a Food and Beverage Manager you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
